Role Overview

We're looking for a Reporting Controller who is responsible for monitoring operational reports, maintaining accurate data records, and ensuring timely communication between internal teams and ground operations.

The role requires close coordination with teams across multiple entities and African operations to track logistics activities, follow up on reporting requirements, and support day-to-day operational visibility through accurate reporting and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review daily operational reports received through emails, group chats, and internal communication channels.

• Liaise with internal teams across different entities to ensure timely sharing of operational updates.

• Coordinate with ground teams across Africa to obtain, verify, and track operational information.

• Following up on shared reports and triggering dates into our internal systems, ensuring updates are accurately recorded.

• Maintain high responsiveness to emails, group chats, and operational requests.

• Generate day-to-day Excel reports.

• Support the tracking and monitoring of trucking operations and logistics activities through reporting and data analysis.

Role Requirements

• 2- 4 years of experience in logistics, transportation and trucking operations.

• Basic understanding of logistics and trucking operations, including operational workflows and shipment movement processes.

• Familiarity with truck operation flows and logistics reporting requirements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including report generation, data analysis, and tracking.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
